Yanmar Deere Engines

I have a Yanmar 1510D and I was looking at a Operator's Manual for John Deere 655, 755 and 855 models. It seems as though the engines in the 1510 and the 755 are the same.
Is this true? If so, can I use this JD manual as a guide to change fluids and filters on my tractor? I am looking for filters for my tractor that I can cross reference with JD so that I can buy them at an auto parts store.

The engines aren't the same , but you can use the book for a guide. Guide lines are fairly similir between tractors. ....
